MANUFACTURING TIME

Since one of the biggest advantages with the Kuben units is their flexibility, they are only stocked and semi-manufactured. That gives us the opportunity to tailor the unit precisely according to you needs. Normal delivery time, from time of order is three weeks, but please contact us if you are in need of a quicker delivery.

FREIGHT

Shipping method: normally truck. Spare parts and filters are often sent with business package. Conditions of delivery: according to NL92, freight and packaging cost will be added to all orders at a minimum charge of SEK 100.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Damages caused during the transportation shall immediately, in writing, be reported to the transport company. Thoroughly check your shipment at reception, compare to the bill of lading to make sure that the right goods have been delivered. At eventual misdelivery, contact us at Kuben Ventilation and we will be happy to help you.

WARRANTY

Valid for one year starting on the date of purchase. Does not cover worn out parts or misuse.

RECLAIM

Contact Kuben Ventilation to get a return number before you return the goods. At a reclaim the goods shall be marked with the return number, and a copy of the original invoice shall be enclosed.

RETURN

If you for some reason regret your purchase, contact us to get at return number and return the goods within 10 days. The goods shall be returned unused and in original packaging. Not against cash on delivery or after-claim. At a return, a handling fee of 20% of the net amount will be debited, at least SEK 100. All returns shall always be marked with the return number, and a copy of the original invoice shall be enclosed.

Kuben Ventilation has for a long time solved ventilation problems with Kuben units at a number of objects. Mostly at schools, but the units are also suitable in many different types of buildings where the problem of bad air needs to be solved in a smart, fast and inexpensive way.
