Clean and fresh tempered air – with quiet and flexible ventilation units
Kuben Ventilation AB manufactures and markets ventilation units that can be placed directly inside the room to be ventilated, so called room units. The unit, that has its biggest airflow through a grid in the casing, is mainly connected with outdoor air and extract ducts, usually directly through the wall or roof.
Kuben’s units are excellent for ventilation in classrooms, day care/youth centres, assembly halls, conference rooms, church facilities, restaurants etc.
A VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION FOR LESS THAN HALF THE COST, COMPARED TO A CONVENTIONAL VENTILATION SYSTEM PLACED IN A FAN ROOM.
To be able to place a ventilation unit near a desk, a conference table or a school desk, it’s required to be very quiet.
Using advanced sound measurement equipment, Kuben Ventilation has developed a technique for noise absorption and silencing that is market leading.
All Kuben units are thoroughly insulated with a noise absorbing material. The outer casing has a thick silencing insulation and the unit’s airways are aerodynamically shaped with low air velocity.
Another important condition when placing a ventilation unit close to you is that it looks good. All Kuben units are powder coated in white paint with “refrigerator standard”. As an option, the units can be varnished in any colour/colour by choice and some can be furnished with a beautiful wooden veneer in birch or pine.
Kuben Ventilation also manufactures ventilation units with duct connection on top. These units are used when supply and extract ducts are needed to ventilate several different rooms with the same unit, or when the unit for some reason cannot be placed in the room that needs ventilation.
Also, these units are very quiet and don’t require a special fan room, but can be placed in for example a corridor or a storage room.
The Kuben units carry supply and extract fans, supply and extract air filters, heat exchangers, post-heating with electric- or water battery and built-in control equipment with airflow control for supply and extract air, time control for start and stop or for boosting the airflow, and temperature control.
Some units carry a heating pump, and for many of the units DX- or water cooling can be chosen as an option.
